At MDS Busi-Solutions LLC, we value our clients and strive to deliver high-quality business consultancy services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued.
1. Service-Based Refunds
- Consultancy services are non-refundable once delivered, as they involve time, expertise, and customized solutions.
- If a client cancels a scheduled session at least 48 hours in advance, we will reschedule the session at no additional cost.
- Missed or last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) are non-refundable.
2. Subscription & Retainer Plans
- Clients enrolled in monthly/retainer plans may cancel with written notice at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
- Prepaid amounts for unused months are non-refundable, but services will continue until the end of the billing cycle.
3. Custom Projects & Reports
- Deposits made for custom business plans, market research, or strategic reports are non-refundable.
- If MDS Busi-Solutions LLC is unable to deliver the agreed-upon work due to internal reasons, a partial or full refund may be issued, depending on the scope of incomplete work.
4. Training & Workshops
- Cancellations made 7 days before the scheduled training/workshop are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance are non-refundable.
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.
- Transaction or processing fees (if any) are non-refundable.
6. Exceptions
No refunds will be provided for:
- Failure to implement our recommendations.
- Dissatisfaction based on subjective outcomes beyond our control.
- Third-party services or products recommended during consultancy.
